Madison School and Community Recreation (MSCR) held a free Family Festival & Resource Fair on April 24th at East High School. Six students from Leopold Elementary School were honored in an awards ceremony on Friday, April 24th. MSCR's after school program at Leopold Elementary offers students a chance to volunteer in the community and also earn a bike through Wheels for Winners Earn-a-Bike Program.
