Bike to see great fall colors this weekend!

You don’t need to go farther than your nearest Madison area bike trail to see great fall colors this weekend. Take you kids or go with friends on the Capital City State Trails, Lake Monona Bike Loop, UW-Madison Arboretum Trails, Lakeshore Path, Military Ridge or Badger State Trails or Pheasant Branch Conservancy in Middleton. Check out the possibilities at https://www.visitmadison.com/things-to-do/outdoors-and-recreation/biking-and-hiking/ . Trail passes may be needed on some trails.

Wheels for Winners Repairs Over 300 Bikes for Free at 32 community-based events in 2023!

During these events anyone can bring their bike for a free inspection, adjustment or repair.

Wheels for Winners began offering community-based repair events in 2016.  The goal was to inspect, adjust and repair bikes for free, so they were rideable and prevent children and adults from riding unsafe bicycles.

Repair events happen in spring through summer and most are outdoors under our Wheels for Winners tent. Repair events are finished for 2023. Check back in April for our 2024 schedule.
