Over 300 bikes distributed to other bike organizations

With a November 19th bike pickup by Working Bikes as pictured below , this year we shared over 300 unneeded bikes with two other bike organizations that can make better use of these bikes and ultimately get them into hands of users. The 121 bikes provided to Working Bikes will be distributed globally as well as in Chicago area communities. The 188 bikes to FreeBikes4Kids will go to kids in the Madison area.

Over 30 volunteer mechanics keep us rolling

We are again doing inspired work to refurbish donated bikes, which exceeded 600 donations this year. Our volunteers have passed the 300 bike mark and we still have a month left in 2022 to overhaul bikes. Here is our newest volunteer Paul Johnson with his first refurbished bike.
